Century 21 Professional Reality is one of the top Realtor groups in New Port Richey and therefore they wanted a website that conveyed this. From a web design standpoint, they wanted a Florida theme without the lime green and pink flamingos. Another requirement was the ability to write blogs about the local Real Estate market to help establish the company’s expertise. The owner, Shirley Pheasant, is an exceptional networker and wanted the new website to be able to automatically feed newly added content to the various social networking sites like Twitter and LinkedIn.

Gulf WebDev built the new Century 21 Professional Realty website around the WordPress content management system and then set it up to interface with all the relevant Social Media websites. When a new Real Estate blog is added to the website, the blog title and description are simultaneously broadcast on Twitter, LinkedIn, and FaceBook. As for the new design, Gulf WebDev built a Florida theme from scratch that incorporated the colors found in the Century 21 logo. We then picked some original New Port Richey photography from the Gulf WebDev library and added it to the site to achieve the local connection.
